Joana Müller is in the Robinson College of Business Honors Program, pursuing a BBA in Marketing. Her objective is to create her own consulting company to bring global marketing and business transformation to corporations, as well as to support organizations through the challenges posed by international business and globalization.
Joana speaks four languages fluently – German, Portuguese, Spanish, and English – and has lived in Portugal, Germany, the United Kingdom, and currently in the United States. Joana was a Program Manager for over 6 years at a marketing consulting services firm in the United Kingdom, managing programs for clients from Asia, the Americas, and Europe.
Chapter Vice President, Finance
Jess is currently pursuing a BBA of Finance in the Robinson College’s Honors program and in the Honors Track in Finance. A passionate student, he is focusing on financial valuation, with a particular interest in the debt markets.
Having interned at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, he has learned about the various impacts that regulation has on the daily business of the capital markets.
Additionally, Jess works part-time for a local dental practice as an administrative and IT professional. While in that role, he has utilized many of the skills his finance degree courses have taught him, including excel modeling, and A/R analysis.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading about history and politics, playing improvised Jazz on the piano, and watching the Atlanta Braves.
Chapter Vice President, Membership
Christopher Mitial is a senior studying Rhetoric and Composition with a focus on Marketing. In addition to these courses, he has taken electives in Business Communications and Informal Logic, appealing to a job market in need of corporate communicators. Upon graduation, he plans on pursuing a career in law.
Spring 2015, Christopher traveled to Haiti and met with local business officials to learn about third world economies and their distribution of national funds. After returning he traveled to Italy where he studied the birth of a civilization. Fall 2015 he will be starting a law internship with Hooper and Honore, LLC.
As the Vice President of Membership, Christopher continues to build the Phi Chi Theta brand on Georgia State University’s campus. He is responsible for keeping past/current Upsilon members updated and recruiting new pledges through marketing the organizations benefits.
Chapter Vice President, Corporate Affairs
Kelly Michalos is a hard-working sophomore pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Upon completion of her B.B.A., Kelly plans to continue her education in pursuit of a Doctorate in Pharmacy. She hopes to use the skills obtained at Robinson to eventually own her own pharmacy.
Kelly enjoys the company of new people, and she wanted a different college experience. She became a member of Phi Chi Theta to achieve both her personal and professional goals. She believes that becoming a member has helped her become more involved not only with fellow brothers and sisters, but also to be more involved with the local business community.
